We had a lovely week here, there was a small problem with water supply on NewYears eve(not the fault of the hotel as it materialised) but it was sorted out quickly. Julia was a lovely host. There are amazing sunrises every morning which can be seen from the balcony and it easy to get on to the beach to do the amazing walk to Maspalomas. Thanks Julia x

Very friendly place. The reservation manager Julia was particularly helpful and even arranged for a very late check out to match our evening flight which was much appreciated. Apartment was spacious and well equipped to make this an easy place to spend a few days in as a home from home, Amenities are good and is conveniently located for the Beach and entertainment venues etc. Will stay again when we go back top Gran Canaria

This place hits all the marks, too bad it was only two nights. Great location with excellent views (book a room that gets the top floor). Loved the layout, two balconies so when both doors are open you get that wonderful light breeze...you definitely do not need air-conditioning (I stayed in June). The front balcony was so spacious with two chairs and a chaise,. The apartment has every little thing you could think of, even a beach umbrella. Wifi worked just fine and it was a nice touch to get a breakfast roll hung on your door every morning. There's certainly a lot of options in the area, and most are probably more modern, but I loved the solid, comfy feel and spaciousness of the unit. I didn't use the safe, the place is secure, but it's perplexing why there would be a 3-euro charge for it...everything else is included. not sure why that's the one outlier for such a minor amount. If I'm lucky enough to return to the area I won't shop around, will simply stay here again.

Had a wonderful short beachside break. Julia was fantastic, very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. The view of the sea was beautiful and clear. The apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything I needed. Well done.

The apartment was perfectly equipped for a holiday. Unfortunately there was a problem with sewage smell in the kitchen. The staff was trying hard to fix it, it got better but did not go completely. With the help of an extra electric radiator, we could keep windows open despite it was very windy.

Lovely stay.
These apartments are ideally located. Very short walk to the beach and numerous shops, bars and restaurants along the front but only 10 mins from the Yumbo centre. Even though so centrally located this was quiet at night so no bother sleeping etc. Apartments are maybe a little dated but they are spotlessly clean and everything is provided. The fresh rolls every morning is a lovely and very welcome treat. But also robes, beach towels etc. They have thought of everything you might need. I only met Madeleine, who was lovely, but I am sure all the staff are. This was my first trip to Playa de Ingles as we usually stay in Puerto Rico but I would definitely go back here to stay at these apartments.

pleasant accommodation near shops and beach.
We had an excellent stay. Staff very friendly and always ready to help .However there was some disparity in accommodation. We had two rooms one was smaller than the other and one did not provide a microwave. Also noted that some rooms had exercise bikes, ours did not have one. This should reflect on price paid .We paid the same for both rooms. Also to note that it is not very disable friendly accommodation.

More Gadgets Than I Have At Home
Think of something you want and it is already supplied - And If it isn't them Julia and the staff will get it for you. Self Catering normally has the Basics to get you through the holiday - El Paseo goes the extra mile and then some! If you fancy a coffee, normally you have a kettle - here you have a kettle, a coffee maker AND the filters for the machine! Need to wash up? - then normally its down to the supermarket to buy overpriced and oversized washing up liquid that gets left behind for the cleaner to take home - Here it is supplied ( and a spare under the sink ) and the cleaning pads and the tea towels etc. Fancy a bit of a workout while away? - Sorry no Gym........But there is an exercise bike on one of the two private balconies (one balcony for morning sun and one for evening sunshine) Fridge - Freezer - Microwave - Oven - Touch Hob - all the post and pans you can think of 2 Satellite receivers and LCD TVs in multiple languages..........Even a Laptop with internet access in your room........If you can think of it - then its probably there! Use of a washer & Dryer ( with of course free washing powder and fabric conditioner ) is available in the lobby as are the use of several free bicycles I tried really hard at the end of the week to find a fault to put on their feedback form, and after a lot of thought the only thing I could add was that there was no insect spray.........I'm sure there will be now after I mentioned it

Great location & views!
Location is everything. We had a magnificent view overlooking the beach and the Maspalomas dunes. We spent time on the balcony every evening of our stay enjoying wine and the panorama.. The pool was great and it's any easy walk straight down to the beach with several good restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.

Die Lage an der Promenade ist sehr gut, die Apartments im zweiten Stock sind sehr zu empfehlen. Alles hat perfekt geklappt, Transfer vom Flughafen und nachher zur Fähre gut organisiert.
