Can’t Wait to Return—ETERNALLY Grateful!

I have had the pleasure of staying here before heading up the 38 to Big Bear, but this time the visit was to escape the fires under mandatory evacuations! When the front desk heard my circumstances they were extremely empathetic and accommodating. One of the best places to stay if you have pets! Highly recommend, can’t say enough about how grateful I am for their friendly service during such a harrowing time. Can’t wait to return!

We had a good stay, the only issue was that our phone didn’t work and every time we called the front desk they couldn’t hear us, but we could hear them clearly. Also, when we requested toilet paper for our room, it took almost an hour. I understand that they are busy, so it’s not a big deal. We appreciated the size of the room and how clean it was. It also had a good sized refrigerator and we were very pleased that it had a microwave. All in all we were happy with our stay.

I chose this Ayers Hotel because of the reputable name and have stayed at other Ayers hotels before. The room was very nice and clean. I was happy the checkout time was 12:00 pm the next day as some hotels have changed to 10-11 am with strict checkout schedules. I was out late due to a nearby concert and enjoyed casino time. I was just tucking in for sleep when I heard loud truck noises right outside my room. A demolition crew started work around 6:00 am and it was disruptive. I used earplugs and managed to get a few hours of sleep. When I was leaving I saw a worker dumping debris from a room on the 2nd floor close to where I stayed. I was not informed about this when I checked in. Ayers probably took over an older existing hotel that may still be in re-hab process. It’s not like other Ayers hotels in my opinion, but I would probably stay there again when I am in the area.
