I loved everything about staying at this hotel, very quick and easy to check in and out, staff was friendly and helpful, just wished they could have provided more cold water for the visitors, and also they should provide room service and have longer breakfast hours

I flew to San Bernardino in the saddest of circumstances…. A very dear friend was dying… he was staying in a bear box hospital, so the location of the hotel was perfect… in case I had to Uber my self to the hospital . I found the accommodation great, my room was clean and so comfortable…. The freeway traffic noise was not too bad… specially when the ac was running. I made an observation about my body wash… nearly empty and it was corrected immediately. The staff was very lovely in the breakfast room and even when I was looking forward to eggs and some bacon or sausage…. The available items were more than adequate. Kudos to management for their personal attention and Caring service during my 4 day stay. Will definitely be returning to this hotel!!

The accommodations were fine overall for this business trip. I was disappointed with the continental breakfast. Last visit they offered scrambled eggs and bacon, however these were not available on this trip, nor were any pastries or muffins. When I spoke with the registration clerk on duty, he said that these items are no longer on the menu (even though there were empty hotplates and empty shelf space present where these items are typically displayed).Very slim pickings! I know this might sound petty, but having a decent breakfast is important on my business trips. I'll very likely look for another hotel in the area on my next trip.

The side of the hotel we were on was right next the freeway so it was quite noisy with all of the steady traffic.

Nice hotel in a sketchy neighborhood
Neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but the hotel was pretty new and well maintained. Very close to the highway, so pretty noisy. I used the fan and earplugs to drown out the noise.
