The drain in the bathtub did not drain. The bed mattress was so bad that my husband had to sleep in the other bed because he kept falling towards the edge of the bed. Then we were awakened at 7:45 by housekeeping staff who did not speak any English. We are handicapped but had to pay $12 for parking. Have been on trip for two weeks. This was our worst experience with hotel.

Breakfast and parking is an additional charge. The wait time on clean towels is a 2hr 2 phone call wait time. The morning front desk crew are nice and friendly but the after hour crew not so much. The location is somewhat Sketchy.
