The bed is not comfortable .i asked for late check out and we’ve been told my front desk cannot and need to live by 11am.By 1030 the house keeping knocked the door .Theres noise can hear in the4th floor when walking around the room.Thr room is hot when woke up around 0330 am.Im hoping you make the services convinient for customers check in.

I didn't like how the gym and equipment was dirty.only one elevator was working. What I liked was that the Lady preparing the breakfast was super friendly, I wish I could remember her name. She made us feel welcome.

We could hear the nice of the other guests even when they walk upstairs and also the noise outside. It appears the building is not properly insulated. The staff are very nice, the breaksfast are good too. It’s really just the noise that affected us especially at night.

Stay was great. Supposedly the whole hotel was smoke free but there was marijuana smells comeimg from everywhere. When i asked the front desk girl if the whole hotel was smoke free, she said yes. But when i mentioned the smoke, she laughed. Also, i had 2 rooms and housekeeping only cleaned 1 room the whole trip

Booked 2 queen beds but upon checking in it’s not available due to a broken pipe/sink? loud neighbor blasting MUSIC at 2am called again the front desk at around 430am as the guest in the other room stayed in the hallway doors can hear banging the doors and other guest keeps coming in and out (party) and you can smell the smoke from cigarette/weeds :( It wasnt a good night rest. I’m not sure about the noise policy hours of this hotel But definitely I will not be coming back.
