Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the kitchenette (stocked). The staff were professional, accommadating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient.
We were lucky to have Tiffany and Angel helping us.
This is mostly what we would expect from a Hilton property. We would have given it a five star rating but for one thing: the ceiling lights are on motion sensors and when either my wife or I needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night - the whole room lit up like daylight - needlessly waking the other up. The obvious fix would have been to let customers know about the sensors ahead of time so they can cover them up so they wouldn’t work. But there was no warning and neither my wife or I got much sleep. Not happy campers!
The property seemed new and well managed. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We quite happy with our accommodation. The breakfast choices were more than we anticipated. We would definitely stay there when we next go to Redlands.
Trip was good except for last night asked front desk if they had any Pepcid girl told me no. I asked if they know of anywhere they have it she told me no do not know where they would have that. No help at 2 in the morning sending me on a hour trip to locate somewhere open that would have it.
