Pricilla checked me in and she was so sweet and wonderful in helping me out. Then the night audit gentleman (I’m so very sorry that I didn’t get his name) helped me as I requested extra pillows as well as needing a hair dryer which he secured for me! Thank you so very much for the excellent customer service!

Broken on door to restroom. Dented walls, dirt paint job. The supervisor should check with the maintenance crews to repair all the holes and dents on walls inside the room 313.at Motel 6 Highland, CA.

My favorite thing about my stay was the staff. The women who checked me in and out were very friendly and made sure everything went well with my stay. I noticed it was one person behind the desk each time and even though there was a line, they handled each person in a timely manner. That’s reason enough for me to return to this property. Their training is great!

Very clean and affordable. Recently build, almost new . Good service . Good distance from lake arrowhead and big bear . We Enjoyed our stay with our dog , who have trouble adapting to sleep at a hotel in a while the first night , but they didn’t complaint about it. Thanks for the patience .

Motel 6 usually doesn't sit well in other areas, but this location is new and I hope it stays in good shape considering the area. Booked a room for my mom and Aunties for graduation and couldn't be more happy that they enjoyed their stay and were safe.
