Always a great stay

Great as always. Newer built hotel and very clean. They allowed me to check in about 2hrs early which was greatly appreciated. Only hiccup I didn’t get the room I’d booked and was expecting / that I’d booked before with bigger kitchen.

I loved the hotel .. but there was a problem with me calling the front desk to give at least 15 minutes extra to finish to pack all my clothes. And the lady told me sorry no one extra time it’s aloud you have to check out by 11:00 sharp. Been to many hotels I never felt so uncomfortable. I had to rush so much

Room was nice

Had a rather rude intro at first when trying to confirm our reservation at the desk, rudly informed the room wasnt reserved even though i had a receipt for payment and a reservation number, then told they did not have a room for and we could not have a room until after 4pm. I was aware of check in time but wanted to be sure we had a confirmation. Once that person left for lunch or the day and we dealt with a different person later, they were very nice and professional

Place is nice and clean with new amenities. What I didn't like was that I was charged for parking and this wasn't communicated until I was already charged for it. This isn't a big city with little available parking around. Why would there be a fee for this?

The area seemed nice, and quite,our room was really nice. The bed wasn't super comfortable to us, but it might be just fine for others. It is close to a lot of shopping and a lot of different food places and coffee.
