The room next to us was playing some magic mushrooms all night and we could not sleep. Tried to call reception but no-one pick up. Kitchen is provided but there’s not a single thing to use it with.

This is a fairly new property that looked nice and clean on the outside but was dated on the inside. The bed was a queen size cot. The linen had blood stains and hair on it. I let the front desk know and they said it was just a stain. I told them it was unsanitary. It seemed as if i inconvenienced them but they ended up moving me to another room.

I was no aware this was an extended stay. This should be disclosed up front. The place is filled with sketchy people. It looks like a halfway house. Didn't feel safe at all. This place shouldn't be listed on your website.

What I liked about the facility was the customer service. The fridge & stove. The unit itself was not what the pictures looked liked. Some of the areas where dirty/dusty. The floor in the rooms were sticky. Only 1 complementary shampoo and 1 body soap. If you plan on staying, bring lysol wipes.

Give us free internet
They charge $19 a week for internet. You can only hook up one device for free. And it constantly goes out. The front desk lady that works 1st shifts doesn’t let you extend your stay she checks you out and charges you another deposit. Has told us several times to book directly through them and avoid hotels.com
