They need remodeling rooms is a little old blanket, pillows, bathroom don't have hair dryer, everything is old!! ... the price is higher for the poor quality

It's an old property and have it's charm, blankets were just old, same with the mattress and towels, receptionist was rude, parking is to far from the entrance, food at the restaurant wasn't what we were expecting, not saying that old is bad but in this case we were disappointed, will we stay there again? I don't think so..

The hotel has lovely grounds, and is quite quiet. It is said to have an excellent restaurant but we didn't eat there. Our room was very comfortable but the sliding doors on the patio didn't lock. The bellhop had a carpenter cut two pieces of wood to secure the door. We were satisfied with this response. We would recommend Garza Canela.

We moved to hotel Garza from a terrible resort, so we loved the large room, clean pool, and lovely grounds. The front desk was kind and helpful. The restaurant food was great and the staff very attentive. The rooms are a bit dated but we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Cuando llegamos nos dieron un cuarto que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y el baño tenia fuga, fuimos a recepción y nos movieron de cuarto. Las camas estan algo incomodas. La alberca esta super bien cuidada. Cierra temprano el restaurante. La comida del restaurante esta super rica.
