We were in San Clemente for a wedding that was just across the street from Casablanca Inn, so we booked this hotel for convenience but we were super happy with our stay. Our room was clean and quiet (except the window unit ac going on and off all night but we just kept the fan option on the second night to reduce that noise). The continental breakfast was great. There is a good coffee shop a short walk away that we enjoyed both mornings. The parking is a bit tight but we never had an issue finding a spot. Location is great, short 4 minute drive to downtown/beach area and close to the outlets. We’d happily stay here again if in the area

San Clemente Fun Trip!

My son and I took a trip to San Clemente and stood for 3 nights, 4 days. We absolutely LOVED the convenience of this beautiful Inn! It is walking distance to the beach, and close enough to walk around the pools as well. We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast in the morning! And pool area was very clean, they cleaned up every morning. Family friendly, it was nice to see multiple families there.

Rude staff

front desk lady (not the one with her hair in a ponytail and the glasses). The other one who was so plain I can’t remember anything distinctive about her except she was sooo rude. From check-in, I was made to feel like an inconvenience instead of a guest.She gave off a sketchy, dismissive vibe that immediately made me uncomfortable. She should not work in hospitality to put it as kind as possible… even though the pool was nice, the staff ruined the stay

Very Disappointed Anniversary

We booked a room here for our anniversary and was very deceived. The room we received was very old and run down. It looked nothing like the photos on the site. Outdated everything and ALL the furniture was scratched or damaged in some way. The couch was stained and the carpet left a weird feeling on our feet so we wore our sandals when walking around. The breakfast left a lot of to be desired. They had the food area blocked off and an employee set up with a table that took orders for basic waffles or microwave sandwiches. The avo toast was like premade guac and a few tomato wedges on top. Just strange since many reviews said the breakfast was great. So sad we had to wakeup in that room. I was hoping for a bright, trendy, and renovated room. Don't be deceived by the photos.

The room was really big. We had two queen beds, a very nice large bathroom, refrigerator, TV, lock box and a fantastic balcony. The people at the front desk were more than accommodating and the trolley picks you up (right in front of the hotel ) and will take you down to town or the beach for free! It was a great experience. It’s the second time where you’ve gone there…it’s affordable and very comfortable.

Loved this place. Beds were so comfy, had breakfast and a nice pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Used the laundry and walked to restaurants and the beach in just minutes! Love the area and this place was very nice, remodeling some of the rooms while we were there but no noise or construction evident.

Great hotel stay

Stay was good. Front desk did not provide any information about breakfast at check-in. Breakfast attendant was amazing, she was fast and efficient. Breakfast variety was nice and there was a cute patio to enjoy breakfast. I called to ask housekeeping to make up room while we were gone for a few hours but they never came. Room was nice and spacious but sheets had a stain on them. When I called to ask for extra towel the attendant was very fast and friendly. Location of hotel was great, nice walk to the beach.
