So where to start. First night no parking on property was available. Had to park on the street and walk to the room because someone had double parked. Was directed by the staff to park a mile away in public parking. I ended up parking on the street 2 blocks away. Rooms were clean with the exception of the carpets. They would stick to socks and feet and leave a black residue. We had to by slippers just for the room. Staff is friendly and the view is better than advertised even with the freeway. Last thing of note. The door was uneven on the hinges and left a giant gap where it sounded like the people outside were in our room. Very noisy place and people smoke on the non smoking floor. Most likely will not visit again.

Property hugs the freeway and is noisy to the extent that windows can't be open. Rooms were updated within the last few years but the fan in our bathroom didn't work and the room was extremely musty and humid. Towels didn't dry!! For the quality and location this should be less expensive.

Excellent boutique hotel with wonderful amenities! Very cute layout that is walkable to nearby eateries and even the beach! Perfect for a romantic getaway!

Employee who checked me in was very welcoming and friendly. Parking was free and easy. Room was decorated nice and clean although some things could be retouched or deep cleaned, not a big deal. The overall value for what it was plus the proximity to the freeway and beach was excellent. Only major issue was the street noise that can be heard even with the windows closed; it kept me up at night.

I have stayed here twice now and love it every time. The rooms are updated & have new appliances and furniture. Great location right across from Del Mar and El Camino Real with shopping and dining. Modern beach feel and decor, super comfortable, and AFFORDABLE. Only complaint I had with my most recent stay is that the TV in our room was very laggy and slow. Other than that everything was perfect
