The hotel is very well located, close to Puerto Madero and with easy access to downtown by Uber. There is also a tourist bus stop just two blocks away. However, there are many areas that need improvement. The flooring needs to be replaced, as it is very deteriorated. The elevators are extremely slow. The triple room we stayed in does not have a luggage rack, even though it is intended for three guests. The room is narrow and does not even have a desk. It has very poor lighting, making it feel quite dark. The mattresses are comfortable, but the pillows are of poor quality, and the towels are old and rough. The bathroom is also very uncomfortable and would benefit from renovation. The breakfast area is located in the basement, but the staff makes a great effort to provide variety and good service. However, the hotel requires urgent investment and renovation to improve its overall condition. The windows are not soundproof, which allows outside noise to enter the room.

A fairytale stay! The staff was incredible and kind, the property was stunning and the asado incredible. If you are going to Buenos Aires, this is a MUST stay location.

Everything was terrific at this boutique hotel in Buenos Aires. Staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant to speak with. Would highly recommend it!!

This property was nearly halfprice booking on Expedia vs. directly with All/Accor and it does not participate in the price guarantee program. So a good opportunity to save booking through Expedia. The room had 2 issues which weren’t rectified when front desk was appraised: a malfunctioning light strip and the bedside clock was missing digits. For a luxury hotel, that was very disappointing. If those issues weren’t present the SLS is a good property overall and in a nice area of Puerto Madero. Sleep quality both nights was good, except for some tuners street racing both nights but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that.

The location is not in puerto madero is near too and I doesn’t feel is a safe area

We stayed as a family of four with two young children and the place was great. The location is really good and the room was big enough for all of us as well as having some facilities to make food. The breakfast buffet had great choice. Our rooms were cleaned every day. We added on an extra day as we enjoyed stayig there so much
