Excellent place for 1 or 2 Travellers. Located near coffee shops and restaurants. Close to transportation.

The hotel is beautiful, elegant, warm, and impeccably kept and our room was spotless every single day. Housekeeping here is on another level. What really sets CasaSur apart is the staff. Everyone we dealt with was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, Daniela at the front desk was wonderful helping us with lots of questions. The kind of service that makes you feel looked after, not just checked in. The location in Recoleta is perfect for exploring Buenos Aires, and coming back to this calm, beautiful hotel at the end of each day was a pleasure in itself. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Loved our time at Casa Joseph! The room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Having a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, kettle, and all the basic cookware made things super convenient. It’s also in a prime Palermo location, surrounded by great food and nightlife, and just a short walk to the Subte.

Location is excellent. The check in process involved providing copies of my identification which I did not feel comfortable with. The internet went out for hours one day but it was fixed overnight. The apartment was well equipped, safe and quiet.

Helpful staff, bright, modern clean rooms, great location. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
