I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a message to the hotel when I realized expecting to be disappointed. THEY GOT THEM BACK TO ME ALL THE WAY IN THE UNITED STATES AT NO CHARGE. YOU CAN’T EVEN MAIL THINGS DIRECTLY FROM THERE TO HERE. These are honest, hardworking, dedicated people running this hotel and it shows.

Really nice hotel and staff were all brilliant. Food options for vegetarians were very limited and it wasn't obvious where you could top up water bottles (there was a water fountain behind the back of main reception). Overall very good.

Great stay in a cute little home. Owner made everything convenient. Was a little noisy at night and the mosquitos bit a little bit but we had a great time all in all.
