I loved the marina view from my balcony, the staff at the check in and check out, the bartender, the friendly and helpful woman who I was lucky enough to have 2 mornings in row to take my order for breakfast, the cleaning staff in the hallways also super friendly and helpful. Not a single thing to complain about or pick on and I am thankful for that! I would absolutely recommend this establishment. : )

It's an awesome location on shelter island. We had a marina view room and you could see the boats all night it was great restaurant food was actually way better than I thought it would be and then just walking along there was very peaceful. Was very clean. Room service is great and the service inside the restaurant was great

The hotel was great! Room service was not. My daughter was hungry, and we didn’t want to get out, so we ordered the fish for her. They got it to us too quickly, because it was hard like it was frozen. She couldn’t eat it. I never like to complain, so I didn’t call back. She ate a few fries and we left it out by the door. We ate at the restaurant when we arrived, and it was really great! Room service not at all. Great area! Would stay again, just won’t be ordering room service.

Toilet was leaking, and the sink would drain very slowly, and dog hair everywhere. I was only there two days, and did not want to bother the staff for a fix on my short stay. Would have liked if they had taken care of these things before. But the surrounding areas are pretty cool.

Second time that i stayed here for concert at Humphreys next door. Three minute walk to venue. Staff nice and breakfast overlooking boat harbor nice. I wish that they had Red Bull in the mini market next to check-in.

Fresh paint and a few updates almost completed, the hotel is quite comfortable. We made good use of amenities: in-room Starbucks (plus brewed coffee in the lobby in the morning), refrig and microwave in room, small convenience store. The bar and restaurant directly off the lobby were a big plus, as options within walking distance are limited. Happy hour 2-6 PM was a great deal! It is away from the main tourist centers but a really lovely baymarina setting, only about 15 minutes from downtown.

I reserved a bay view standard king room on the second floor, but they accommodated me in a pool view noisy room. The administrator could say me just “ok, ok…it considered to be bay view, ok ok…” That’s horrible! Regarding the balcony… it’s just a small space to stay! Not a family friendly hotel at all

So relaxing

I was impressed with the hotel it looked better then the photos. Loved my room and view of the marina. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The shower had good water pressure and it stayed hot. Only thing that wasn’t the best was the food at the restaurant but overall I had a wonderful experience and use definitely book here again.

Good hotel, great view and great services both front desk and restaurant. Observed cleaning person need to be thorough cleaned up our room, did not stock our tissue and toilet paper. Missed our coffee and I have to ask for it. Our habit, not sure it is a bad thing or not, my wife always left $ for tips each day. Other than that nice hotel and nice place. Relaxing and spacious

This hotel has wonderful views with the spacious rooms. Being able to relax, and look at the sailboats was just what we needed. Parking is a little treacherous for large vehicles.
