Property very nice. Dining and shopping within walking distance. Trolley system very close and will take you to places like seaport village and little Italy as well as other spots in San Diego as well as the fashion valley mall. I always stay here when in San Diego .

The hotel is so unique, but spread out and may be difficult for people with mobility issues. We loved the location, the room was fine, a little dated, and needs another dresser and maybe a love seat. There was room for it. We liked having the two separate sinks, fridge, and microwave. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. I can't say this enough. Every person not only helped but also asked if there was anything else they could do. you felt like they really cared. We enjoyed a cocktail at the Tequila Factory and the bartender, Hooper, was so fun and quite a conversationalist. Margarita was good too! Hotel was clean and well maintained. I'd stay again in a hearbeat.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on site was also very good. Checked in after a 20hr drive about 7:30pm only to be woken up by kids above us jumping and running back and forth for hrs, called front desk and was advised no one on staff that can go check and ask the to keep noise down, not something I appreciate when coming from so far and the amount we paid to stay and get a restful night of sleep
