The property seemed well maintained, but the bathroom was a starting to show some wear along the baseboards near the tub. The only negative that I would mention is that they do not offer a shuttle to/from the airport, which is only two miles from the facility.

Nice place but the room keys were not great. They kept deactivating and we continually had to go to the front desk to get them reactivated. Apparently when they come in close contact with any electronic, they quit working. It was a little inconvenient but not a huge deal breaker. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great with lots of options. I would stay here again. The beds were very hard and could use an update but overall we were pleased with our stay.

The hotel is in a good location. However, almost all the front desk staff that we have interacted are either rude or indifferent. When asking them questions, most of them responded in either a condescending tone or just plain rude. The two guys who worked at the front desk also never greeted any guests. The rooms are old and the mattress and the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast is pretty good and the staff who worked in the kitchen are extremely nice and professional. Overall, the bad customer services from the front desk made this stay much worse than any other Best Westerns.
