Hotel was good, service was good. Only issue was our shower was broken and unusable after a day out. Took a number of back and forth trips for maintenance to get it usable and it was really inconvenient

The check in was ok. The second lady that helps us was super family and polite. The lady the check us out was rude after we complained that the shower did not work. She stated that we needed to turn and pull the water button super hard almost as we were going to break it. It should not have to be that hard to take a shower. She then said if you want go back and take a shower you still have time. We were already checking out. I just found the whole experience unprofessional with her

We have stayed her a couple of times before and will always stay here when in San Diego. Though they don't have airport transfer they do have cruise port transfer. Very handy. nice places to eat nearby.

Everything was good, but thetoilet flush was not working. It was broken you had to reset it in order for the flush to work. I told the lady at the front desk and she asked me if I want anybody to go and fix. But it was late already at night. This was supposed to be done before I got into the room..

Great hotel, everything was great only thing that made this not 100% amazing was the water pressure in the shower is slow not strong, and there is no air flow or ventilation in the bathroom. There was no signal on the tv for many channels, mainly news & sports channels worked. Room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast is really good with many different choices, probably best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Area is really nice and comfortable. Had no problems whatsoever.
