Our room on the 2nd floor had a harbor view, was quiet despite being above the main entry, spacious, had a fridge and a microwave, and very clean. There was ample seating for two people and also a balcony. The parking was convenient and the staff were friendly. The pool was clean and towels were readily available. We would stay here again!

I enjoyed staying here. Very clean and beds very comfortable. location is perfect for visiting San Diego. Not much around hotel but can get to everything w a car or Uber. The breakfast is better than most hotels. The staff is terrific and helpful.,Would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient to airport and MCRD. Place has been remodeled but you can still see signs facility is older. Desk staff not overly friendly. Breakfast is ok. If you like seafood, great places close.

Best Western hotel are very kind and helpful. My friend was injured in Holland American Cruise. The cruise line provided a wheel chair after hours and charged us $95. However, the hotel provided us a wheelchair right away, five hours before check in. We appreciate the hotel kindness. It would be nice if they had safe box in our room.

This hotel was located across the street from the ocean on Harbor Drive. It was a 16 minute drive to the convention center/downtown San Diego . There were many restaurants, attractions, and shopping options within a quick drive. The room was affordable, comfortable and we had a balcony with an ocean view. Having breakfast and parking included saved me a lot of money as well. The staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

Arrived at 2:05 PM exhausted and the lady said No check in till 3. I walked around for an hour and when I returned there was 6 people ahead of me. The room was freezing and the AC unit was blasting and could not turn down or off. There was no hot water in the room. Very disappointing !

Super friendly staff. Hotel had a nice contenintal breakfast. Everything was very clean. Unfortunately the remote to the tv was broken and couldnt control the volume. The bedding could have used a comforter.

Decent hotel with good service. The location isn't the best and it's noisy due to proximity to the airport. Front desk staff was great except for one young gentleman who acted liked we were inconveniencing him by asking him about the parking.

Good location, tiny gym with late opening time.
Room was fine, I wish the gym would be open before 6AM to allow gym, breakfast and an early morning departure/meetings. Great location, convenient. Nice service!
