Ok for the price

This was a really great, clean hotel for the price! The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but it’ll do, again for the price. The staff were hit or miss. Some were amazing and some weren’t great but no one was ever outright rude. For the location and cleanliness, I’d say this hotel is worth it. I only stayed here because I went here for a convention so everything in the area was astronomical.

This was our second time staying at the Bristol. This time we got picked as the guest of the day and we got upgraded to a suite and a complimentary of wine! The rooms are clean and the beds are super conformable! Love staying at this hotel when visiting San Diego. Will definitely book again!

Great property. Friendly staff. Clean and nice room layout. Shower knob was broken in my room, but they fixed it within a couple days. Cards stopped working a few times and would have to keep going back down to fix. All in all it was a great stay.

The property is fairly nice and modern and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The beds are way too soft and the worst pillows I have ever had in a hotel. I asked to have the linens changed after the first night because they smelled like body odor, not sure they were changed on the bed closest to the bathroom when we checked into the room. Overall it was an okay stay but I would not retunr in the future.
