The entire front desk staff are friendly, very kind & quickly making me another door key card when I have locked myself out of my room. I don’t remember her name she is pretty, Asian, dresses impeccably deserves a shout out for going above & beyond the regular duties by giving me a medical discount for the day when in conversation I told her that I had a Dr appt with my surgeon & my stay here in the San Diego area is entirely for medical reasons. A couple guests here have shared with me that the grounds here remind them of Hawaii. There are beautiful tress, shrubs, vines and plants galore all around easily seen when using the walkways. There’s a fountain in a pond that not only provides a beautiful scene it also gives off the soothing qualities for relaxing & calming for guests in that area. I have extended my stay here now several times a day each time due to the planning & scheduling movers to load up out of my storage unit & transport my belongings to their warehouse for 30 days and then on to Texas where I will be living near family.

You could tell the property just wasn’t maintained. The faucets in the bathroom were rotted, you could see an open space between the air conditioner and the outside letting bugs in, the carpets were filthy, no elevator to second floor so all suitcases had to be carried up stairwells, parking crowded. The pool looked clean but we did not have time to use it. No breakfast or any food just coffee available. Desk closed at night no staff. At least a place to rest your head for the night in a pinch and pretty close to airport and car rental. Never again but about $$95 a night.

Front desk employees are nice and helpful. I locked myself out, the gentleman at the front desk quickly issued me a new one one after I showed my ID and gave my room number. The grounds are beautiful with many different plants, trees & bushes. The pool & hot tub are clean & well maintained. The fountain needs to be shocked with chlorine as the water is green with growth on the bottom. Its relaxing sound adds a nice touch for guests to hear on that side of the large community. Top loading large capacity Speed Queen washers only $2.50 a load & 45 minute running dryers gave me plenty of time to dry a large load of clothes last night. This older community consisting of overnight hotel guests & monthly renters in which some have even furnished their rooms with their own furnishings. Vending machines are well stocked. The ice machine is located next to them & works well.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, jacuzzi worked well. Mattresses sagged quite a bit. Neighborhood was a bit run down. Good value for the price but not a high end stay.

Learned the day before my arrival that they no longer served breakfast nor did they have regular housekeeping. It was request only. Front closed at maybe 9 so you had to walk around dark property to get in through a gate. Appreciate that it was a coded gate but could easily be opened with very little force. Looked more like a place for ‘long-term’ stays rather than tourism. Not even a coffee maker in the room.

I booked the super single queen with stove top and thought it was so nice!! I travel about 3-4 times a year and this is one of or the nicest room I’ve stayed at! It had a kitchenette with a stove gas and a mini fridge and a TV (with cable channels and it wasn’t all news) at no extra costs!! You need a code to enter the property to the rooms which I liked. The surrounding of the hotel was nice and quiet especially since it was off a street that does get a little bit busy. The hotel is also down the street to the freeway on-ramp which was very convenient. I will say the toilet was sort of broken and it was hard to flush but I was able to fix it and ended up not contacting the office. The parking was also a bit packed but we always found a spot close to the gate we entered by. All in all I thought the room was nice and if I need a hotel in the area I would for sure stay here again!

The toilet and bath tub are dirty, and the stove doesn’t work. In the suit, there aren’t any dishes to cook. People usually reserve suits for more convincing, but I don’t recommend here.

The room was fine, but the noise levels were just absolutely terrible. You could hear every little thing, and even if people were being way too loud the staff didn’t do anything about it. It is a hotel, not a damn playground.

This was way worse the motel six we have stayed in. It was noisy expensive and had bugs. There was no kitchen utensils not not sure what the purpose of the kitchen was. Two towels. Sink for washing hands after going to the bathroom was the same sink that was in the kitchenette. I would like my money back. We stayed at a econolodge and kindly paid a third of the price. I’m not happy
