The hotel was well situated for visiting many sites. Bed was comfortable and room always kept clean. However, the downside was in the booking. They have a policy of a destination fee, which must be paid upon arrival. It allows you a $30 per day credit in their two restaurants, which we used for breakfast each morning. Breakfast was usually US$ 43-47 for two each day. Didn’t like the idea of having to drink or eat in the hotel, which I found to be very expensive.

Less than Ideal.
When I arrived to the hotel my room didn't have any garbage bags in any of the receptacles. The shower wasn't functional and even after being serviced wasn't fixed. Firstly started off ice cold then when fixed was blistering hot. The attitude from the workers were friendly even after all of the inconvenience's I had.

This property is surrounded by construction and construction noise. It is non stop all night. We got a room with a sofa bed for our daughter. The bed has no padding it is a sheet over springs. We asked for the “mattress” to be replaced they had no replacement. Staff is great, gym is awesome. Close walk to Little Italy. So I would say great hotel if you or your family don’t need sleep.

Subject: Formal Complaint Against Hotel Manager To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a troubling incident that occurred during my recent stay at [Hotel Name] in San Diego. Today (09/29/2024)I checked out of the hotel with a remaining balance of $30 on my account. I had only used around $22 and intended to use the remaining dollars to purchase a coffee before leaving. However, when I approached the manager, to request this, I was informed that since I had already checked out, I could no longer use my remaining balance. I expressed my disappointment, as I believed it was reasonable to use the balance for a single cup of coffee, and I questioned why I had not been informed at checkout that the remaining balance would expire immediately. Our conversation escalated, and despite my attempts to communicate politely, the manager became increasingly aggressive. To my shock, Manager demanded that I leave the hotel immediately and did not allow me the opportunity to call an Uber or arrange alternative transportation inside. He further threatened to report me, claiming I would be blacklisted from staying in any hotel in the area and would never be able to come to San Diego Additionally, I was dissatisfied with how my charges were handled during my stay. When I initially booked the hotel, the price indicated that all taxes and fees were included. However, upon arrival, I was asked to provide a $300 security deposit, which is common pract
