Avoid this horrible place

Horrible experience. Do not stay here. The place is super small, very uncomfortable. Not in Little Italy as described. You have to drive to little Italy. They downgraded our room 3 times when we got there. Horrible customer service. Never again. Go anywhere else but here. I paid for a 5 person flat. This barely could fit 3 and we had 4 people. Parking spaces are for ultra compact cars only. Shower gel and soap was barely in the dispenser. They left us with half roll of toilet paper and nothing else. We had to go buy some. Showers were so small not for adults. Total scam. Wish I could get my money back. Homeless people hanging out in front and sides of property. Very dumpy area.

Matt at the desk is absolutely amazing. He is literally a one man show. Communication and attentiveness is great. Easy to connect with and answers all your questions. Gael is also very kind and helpful. The complex is so gorgeous and serene. Design is amazing. Would love to stay here and any other properties associated with it.

To start, this property is listed as being in Little Italy, it is not. It's located above interstate 5 which passes hundreds of thousands of vehicles everyday. It is also at the beginning the major airport runway so between the vehicles and planes, there is no shortage of exhaust fumes and noise. My wife and I had low grade headaches the entire 5 days we stayed. Also, the room layout is somewhat strange, small bathroom sink/counter, the only sitting space was in the kitchen with hard chairs. It's clean, not walkable to anywhere and poorly stocked for the money. Next time will be back to a major hotel chain.

This place is newer so not many of the rooms were full so they upgraded us to the nicest room that could easily fit 20 on the balcony with a crazy view completely free of charge. 10/10 hotel, will be back many times.

Matt greeted me and walked me around the hotel. It was my birthday so he greeted me with complimentary champagne. I loved the two bedroom we stayed in. Yes it’s somewhat noisy with its close proximity to the airport and train track. However I slept well. Woke up rested and ready for the day. The views are amazing. This is the only place I will be staying at from now on when I’m in San Diego.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at City24 hotel. It’s clean and modern and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. If you’re in a unit facing the airport and bay you’ll get an amazing view of the planes landing. There’s also a view deck on the top floor of the building for all guests to enjoy. We had a rental car but it’s easy to get around on foot. It’s a 15 minute walk to Little Italy. Walking to the waterfront is a bit longer but there’s lots of shops and restaurants along the way. It was also a 15 minute walk to light rail station for ride to Snapdragon Stadium. We highly recommend the City24 hotel.

Everything was great. Customer service Matt was awesome. Only take away is parking is too small for big trucks and suv. I definitely recommend it and will come and stay again the next time we visit the area.
