First, it's not a hotel, but rather a very clean comfortable apartment. It was spacious, affordable in a good location, close to public transportation and convenient for Uber pick ups. ..but next time.I would have liked a hairdryer and some information about the building, neighborhood, local events etc. You are required to put an additional $hefty deposit that is supposed to be returned in full if the guest doesn't cause damage to the property (since I just returned, I was told via email I would receive my deposit back within 2 weeks, so that's still pending) and you are also required to pay an additional $170.00 for room cleaning, I thought that was fairly steep as the guest is instructed to clean up, remove any trash (no trash bags provided) and one roll of TP (another reason why it would have been helpful to know where a local grocery store to pick up TP and trash bags. They did provide sheets, towels;and although I didn't use them, they did have coffee maker, fridge, stove, toster and pot and pans (I am not sure if they had plates, silverware etc.). There was a trolly and train stop at the location, super convenient and it is my understanding there is a parking spot porvided, I did not utilize that perk as I did not have a vehicle. I would definitely consider staying at this location again, now that I know what to expect. And pack and bring necessary items, some cleaning supplies, TP etc.
Overall, a decent experience.
