The room was ok at best. Hor tub was empty and the gym was full of boxes and not open. The sink wa clogged and the shower had no pressure.

Rooms were a little bit dated but it was fine. The refrigerator worked well and kept our drinks cool. Parking was good and felt safe both inside (underground) and outdoor parking. Breakfast staff was kind and courteous. They ensured we were comfortable as the dining area began to be crowded. It was nice

The gentleman who checked me in was very unfriendly, didnt even tell me what side of hotel my room was on or ask me if i needed a pass for my vehicle i had to go back inside after i parked and saw that it required a pass or they tow. Also when i told him that my room only had 1 towel & i needed a second one for boyfriend he got a completely stained towel and was annoyed i wanted a different one. No wash cloths were provided and the refrigerator in our suite didn't work only the top freezer worked. i got the suit with kitchen so we could have food very disappointing. when i informed the front desk no one offered a discount on stay, a new room or even a simple sorry for the inconvenience. The hotel isnt the newest but it isnt the worst either furniture is a lil old and worn but bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean they could have cleaned a lil better mirrored closet doors were full of finger prints,desk n nightstands needed a quick wipe down but over all i would stay again. We didnt go in pool or spa but it looked very clean and nice. Not sure how breakfast was most places we stay that have breakfast serve till 10am since checkout is at 11 but they only serve till 9am so we missed it, again no info was provided on breakfast at time check in so we were not aware of times or even location of dining room.

Not my fav place
I went there because they had a full kitchen and full size refrigerator. There was nothing in the kitchen and the cabinets were in need of repair. Bed too soft. It was close to my appointment which was good. They put me on the side by the freeway so was noisy 😡
