Check in and out problems.

When we booked this hotel, it was a Sheraton however in the last couple weeks it turned into a best Western. They had a lot of trouble with the check in and ended up making us pay again and then had to deal with Hotels.com to get refunded from them. There were several problems with the first room so they had to move us. Then at checkout they couldn’t even print us a receipt and we still don’t know the final bill. They said they would email it to us but that was six days ago. The staff were friendly, but I think this turn over to a best western is causing a lot of problems as I did hear some other people talking about a problem at check in as well. . It looked like they are trying to do some upgrades or maintenance on the place, but it does need it.

Despite the transition from companies/ownership, staff were pleasant, cordial & accommodating. All staff encountered fully explained the misunderstanding that was not personally their faults whatsoever. Property was nice, parking, although a bit pricey, was simple to handle & convenient. Rooms were nice, not 5 star but worthy of 3.5 star property.

We booked a Sheraton property, but we arrived and were told that they are no longer a Sheraton property, but a BW Premier property named The Dextro. The "soundproofed" room was extremely loud, modern yet excessively worn. Our booking was supposed to include breakfast and parking. However, parking was valet-only at $50 a day. The Continental breakfast was charged at $15/per person. Not happy with this booking whatsoever.
