This hotel was remodeling or something but it smelled terrible the entire time I was there. Mold is growing in the room, the door was broken, the shower light was hanging down and one of the towels had a stain on it.

Under renovation

The Hotel is under renovation. No towels in the room the hot water took at least 20 min to get lukewarm. I called the front desk and was told to let it run until it got hot. a lot of noise with the construction. The only nice thing I can say was the two Filipina ladies working in the in the breakfast room where very nice and took care of while we had breakfast.

We were very happy with the location, close to Little Italy and attractions. They served a lovely breakfast for 10$ The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the lady serving breakfast was the best , very sweet lady . Our room was clean and quiet. We also were able to check-in early as we arrived by cruise ship early in the morning .

Very nice room. Staff were very helpful. Should not advertise as having restaurant and bar. There is very limited food choices. There was alcohol on a table but never saw a bartender and there was no signage. There is a homeless camp outside the hotel but we never felt unsafe. It is a great location that allows you to walk everywhere easily. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

You get what you paid

No microwave in the room and there is no microwave available at the lobby as it's on the progress of renovation. The bay view room has no bay view outside of the window. Noises outside as the highway nearby. I lived at 7 floor and the water pressure is not enough, can't imagine how hard is the higher level people using water. Extra cost for breakfast and parking but the price is competitive if you don't need them. The location is wonderful and the room is clean. If you are just looking for a safe and convince place for sleeping, it's ok.
