The hotel was perfectly fine. Unfortunately it’s in a sketchy area. I would not feel safe walking around the area.

This used to belong to another chain of hotels. It is fully remodeled. Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Staff very nice. The location is convenient, but not on a nice street. Several homeless people around. Breakfast typical of these type of hotels. Heavy on sugary flour-based items. Not many options for people with gluten problems or diabetics!

The bed was fairly comfortable. And when we checked in there was food left in the refrigerator, no where to hang towels except for the one towel rack. No shampoo was in the bathroom. Also there was a metal frame around the bed which sounded like thunder if your foot touched it. Loud equipment next door that started at 5 am.

Was nervous upon arriving due to the surrounding area. Would have stayed somewhere else if I would have realized it was like that. Hotel has a fence all the way around it and a security guard that’s sometimes there. Rooms were clean upon surface view but had some unclean spots in the bathroom. Breakfast was the same as any other hotel. Staff were nice and helpful most of the time.

Safe, clean, and comfortable; one of my favorites!
One of my favorite hotels in this price range whenever I travel solo for business to San Diego. The property ground is safe and the room clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I always request a quiet room facing away from the freeway; once the last plane takes off, it's quiet throughout the night. Underground parking is convenient with 2 elevators on each end and spaces are bigger than the one on the ground level. Wifi is steady and there are lots of USB charging ports. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We loved our room! It was spacious, clean, looked newly renovated, had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. Also, the location was very close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Everything was clean.. bad floor jobs, and ants crawling in the bathroom floor and sinks.. , free breakfast was good.. but I hate ants, can’t sleep thinking if there’s gonna be more anywhere else.. tv doesn’t have many Channels But I guess for the price and location it’s decent

Nice motel with reasonable price and free parking and free breakfast. For us it was very well located for our events but keep in mind this is not the nicest area in San Diego. Recommended to use the car even if you want to go to close by fast-food restaurants. Overall more positives than negatives, so it's recommended.
