Customer service was excellent. I didn’t like I had to pay $18 to park in their own parking lot and breakfast hours are too short and when requested a little extra milk, they said they could not open another gallon.

The room was not quite what I thought I've stayed at Hampton inn before. This one was not as nice as others. No refrigerator in the room as indicated. I had ants all over my food I bought. They gave me an adjacenting room to I believe were the construction guys staying there who were loud and very noisy slamming doors at 5 am. At breakfast there was no favored cream and eggs were cold. Staff was friendly. But rooms are not adequately sound proof even a little. The loud sounds from the airport with planes overhead are loud. At least give eat plugs. I am doubtful if I'd stay again. The staff needs to put construction company workers together and never put another customer in an adjacenting room by them. They made it hard to sleep they were all talking so loud and slamming doors at 5 am while other sleep. If anyone stays here make sure to say you do not want an adjacent room.
