So, the bed was comfortable, and that’s important, but ac was freezing despite me changing settings; shower doors wouldn’t stay closed; counter top in room sticky and dirty; flyers stuck on doors for a local pizza place so a non-guest has access to the hallways; lights around the mirror in bathroom were 1/2 working….i won’t be back here. Oh, and they charge for wifi.

Overall my family and I had a good experience the only problem we had was that our bed was defective/broken. We had a long day with the kids at sea world and got to the hotel late in the evening. When we got there we all got ready for bed because we were very exhausted and turns out one of the beds was broken so we couldn’t sleep all night. We didn’t report it that night because we had both of the kids already sleeping and we were just very tired. Wish we didn’t have to deal with this, after all we did pay a good amount of money for one night. I did report it in the morning to Dennis in the front and then they went to go check the room and realized there was something wrong with the bed. After they just said to write a survey and that’s all. Wish things would’ve been handled a little different.

Check in was easy. Beds & pillows were fine, Nice to have options for free breakfast, however both days we stayed, eggs, sausage, and potatoes were cold even though they were in warmers. Maybe the warmers weren’t on? Would stay here again, next time we’re in San Diego.

The room was not very clean, and had a bad smell. Although the hallways smell very nice the room did not. The spa staff were not accommodating or friendly when asked questions, they made you feel as if you were bothering them. It was a cold day and the heat in the room was not working. Had to have somebody come and fix it. Could not get the streaming services to work on the TV no help from the front desk. The staff walking around the property was very friendly. Upon checking out, the wrong credit card was charged. Overall was not a pleasant day and would not recommend.

Very clean, great gym, good included breakfast. Some of the furniture is very run down, only half of my bathroom light actually turned on, and the location, while convenient within the city and right by the highway, does not have anything nearby to walk to or even sidewalks making it safe to walk. There’s an abandoned building next door that looked very sketchy and some interesting people wandering up and down the road. But the hotel itself is well-secured and it worked well for a quick business trip. Not somewhere I would necessarily come to relax or enjoy the city but it served its purpose!

The room was nice and fresh. The amenities on property were nice, would have neen great if they did the gas fire pits for the romantic vibe. Seemed to be great for family environment. I would have preferred to be in a side of the hotel that was less noisy. Would have been nice to have an adult only hour for pool/hot tub access. Breakfast was decent and coffee available was great.

Great property for the price! Great amenities including fitness room, pool, hot tub, fire-pit, and a wonderful breakfast every morning. The lobby area was very spacious and provided many tables where I could work on my computer while enjoying the free coffee and viewing the fire-pit in the evenings.
