Both suites that we stayed in had plumbing and HVAC issues. No breakfast included - they provide a $40 voucher for the MaryJane's Dinner that did not look that appealing so we did not use the voucher.

I love the Hardrovk and managers were nice as usual but a clogged toilet meant that we had to move to a Smaller room in the middle of the night so this stay wasn't convenient.

The hard Rock hotel San Diego was a fun stay rock and roll memorabilia which is great because I am a metalhead and then just an overall clean environment bartenders were skilled and the food options were pretty good. Huge shout out to the valet parking team and the bellhops. A tight working team

The room, did not have netflix, the windows were super dirty could not see ANYTHING clearly outside of the room, asked to have room cleaned everyday (3 night stay) and it was only cleaned once (only bed sheets changed and new towels towels added the trash was not even changed, AND the cherry on top, our hot water never worked!!! We called twice the same night to let maintenance know, the first time they told us to leave it on for 5 minutes and then check…. an insult honestly to suggest we had not tried that several times… and then the second time we got put on hold for like 10 minutes so we hung up, the second night we called and they told us they could send someone up, they did, the guy did NOTHING only “checked” the top of the shower and then magically hot water cane out, we asked if we had to do something differently and he said no, right after he left the water stayed for for 3 minutes (we timed it) and proceeded to not be able to shower, it was such a bad experience honestly because we stayed here because we wanted the comfort of proximity, to not go all the way home because we were attending a 2 day festival at Petco Park, which I guess we should have just gone home honestly to not have these type of problems, and then the fridge was full so we had to take out all of the mini bar items to store drinks we actually needed like gatorades and juice not just alcoholic beverages, such a disappointing stay its sad to see that we have such a low hospitality attitude in SD
