I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. While the room was clean, there were several issues that made my stay unpleasant: The air conditioning did not work, and the room was uncomfortably hot. The iron provided malfunctioned and wet my clothes, and it appeared to be quite old. The restroom door did not lock properly. I was incorrectly charged for bottled water that I did not use. The lighting in the room was too dim, and additional lighting would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, these problems negatively impacted my overall experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

I booked this place 3 months in advance. Upon arrival we were told our original room amenities were not available due to overbooking. (2queen beds with sleeper sofa for 2 adults and 3 children). They apologized and offered 1 room with 2 queen beds. I told them that would not work but if they had 2 adjoining rooms for the same price of the original price that would work. Of course they declined. So I walked away to discuss the matter with my wife. So we called Expedia to discuss our options, after about 10 minutes they came out to our car and told us they had found a room to meet our original accommodations. They offered us free parking which i thought was in the original package. Nonetheless alot of greif for nothing and after reading some of the reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue for this place with nothing more than a promise to fix the problem.
