OK, but too many extra charges.
The hotel was clean & new looking, the staff friendly and engaging and helpful. Unfortunately there were charges for everything. We had to pay to park in the parking lot which we didn't know about. The snacks I bought were ridiculously high, $5 for a small package of cheese crackers is exorbitant. We were told bottles of water could only be given to Honors members, but we were welcome to buy to the overpriced water available. We were told breakfast was "around the corner" and after asking where the "corner" was we found that the breakfast was available "for purchase." I was very disappointed to find we had to pay extra for everything we asked about. This is a small, chain hotel in a suburban area. It is nothing fancy and the charges were outrageous and pervasive. Very, very disappointing.

Could have used a couple more pillows, and a combination of fluffier and firmer ones wld have been nice. Even my gf agreed that the pillows were too flat and provided little support. Other than that everything was perfect.

We checked out early after one night stay here due to the conditions of the facility. The hallway smelled of dirty diapers, the beds were beyond uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The front lobby was filled with several children running around playing “football” with a stuffed animal to which we could not even access the elevator. Very disappointing all around.
