We had a nice stay. Love the location central to everything in the San Diego area. Not of fan of the fact that you have to pay $35 a night for parking seems excessive. The room slightly smelled of cigarettes my sense of smell is very sensitive and its all I could smell in the room. Otherwise nice property and place to stay in SD.

Disappointing Experience at Hiltol Hotel I recently stayed at the Hiltol Hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The bathroom was dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the room itself did not feel clean or properly maintained. The condition of the facilities really fell short of basic standards. To add to that, the staff were not friendly or helpful, which made the stay even more unpleasant. I expected much better for the price and reputation of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Feel free to adjust any details or let me know if you’d like to add more points.

Great Shuttle
The airport shuttle was extremely helpful and ran frequently, which was our primary concern. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that we were placed in a first floor accessible room with a loud, malfunctioning AC that we had to turn off in order to sleep.
