The restaurant was awesome, and the food was plentiful and tasty. The parking was small, my mom found hair on the ceiling, inside a bath towel, AND a hand towel. I found hair in the shower after house cleaning had come by and cleaned it.

This hotel was on a busy street with cars were driving very fast. It was next to a major freeway. The parking was dark and had uneven surface and hasn't been maintained for a while. The hotel charges $37 a night for parking which I dint know about. The windows were making crackimg noises all night. We had to call the front desk about it. They charged my card for water which I didn't use.

It would be nice if they offered complimentary coffee instead of charging four dollars. The rooms and establishment overall are okay but for the price you can get much nicer & more amenities/more bang for your buck eleswhere.

As a Hilton Honors member, your pics on Expedia website are misleading and very disappointing. The AC in our room was not cold. The pool area is below Hilton standards. The lights to the pool area would go out at night making it unsafe to go through the walkway. A sign posted when you pull up to the front of property saying there is high theft from car vehicles , was unsettling. Your night front desk staff wearing a tshirt is not professional at all. I should get a refund or some sort of credit for my poor experience

We requested a rollaway bed at check in. We were originally told yes and then told we couldn’t because of an evacuation hazard. There was a significant amount of room next the window so I’m not sure how that could be. Our children could not sleep sharing a bed and we called again at 4am to ask and were told that the rollaways were sold out. We contemplated packing up and leaving due to not being able to sleep. It was overall not a great experience.

Location was good as it was right off the I8, besides that the hotel is mediocre at best. The hotel itself (besides the lobby ) was outdated. Our room had a hole on the floor, there was a dent in the ceiling, and one of sheets were dirty. The noise carries in the hotel so not ideal for light sleepers. Hotel receptionist didn’t run through anything with me I had to ask all the questions. For the value I guess that is what you get and it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel.
