Most amenities that are complimentary at other hotels have an expensive fee, our room was in poor condition for the price, expensive deposit for a room with already dirty bathroom and dingy towels and furniture. Very disappointing for a vacation it was embarrassing

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was great. The service was outstanding—staff were attentive and genuinely helpful. It's a really nice hotel, and I would definitely recommend it.

Our heater did not work and the in roof coffee maker made a mess so had to have a new one brought up and maintenance in for the heater. On site coffee at the restaurant was horrible... and expensive for what it was. The property was nice enough and clean. I feel like transparency of the parking situation and the cost of $37 U.S. dollars per day was a bit ridiculous. They downgraded our room to waive the parking fee, was a little frustrated by that. Otherwise, the property is nice enough.

Awful not up to Hilton standards
The parking was $37 a night and big signs warning of theft put us all on edge. The lobby looked nice but the rooms were dirty the bathtub was chipped the shower leaked. The smoke alarm kept going off and it took 2 hours for someone to come look at it. Our neighbors were loud all night and the walls are paper thin. We didn’t even stay the second night.
