The TV wouldn't work so someone had to come fix it but when the tv was off, and we turned it on, it wouldn't work again. The breakfast was ok but my husband said it took like 15 to 20 minutes for them to fill up the decaf coffee in the back. And since i don't drink coffee, i asked for hot coco packages since it was cold and raining but they didn't have any.

We were surprised on how comfortable and clean the rooms and all the common areas were. The breakfast was relly good and tasty. I have no complaints at all and I will definitely come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was incredibly helpful. I was impressed with Raquel at the front desk. I got a little turned around, when driving to hotel, even w/GPS. I called hotel and Raquel stayed on the phone with me, to guide me and make sure I made it to the hotel safely. I found that very impressive and professional. I got nothing but sweet smiles from the entire staff! I felt safe during my stay. The only complaint is I was woken up at 7am buy the woman next door moaning and groaning for 40 minutes! It was disrespectful and uncomfortable! I had to turn on the TV as loud as possible. I was on the 1st floor and the couple were next door. Nothing to do with the staff at the hotel, but the walls are a little thin.
