We went for a Marine graduation. They picked us up from the Airport, quickly. At check in we were surprised that they offered a shuttle ON THE BASE to bypass the security, saving a TON of time. Art, and Alex have SPECTACULAR customer service. we had an issue and they switch rooms without question. turned out to be construction that had nothing to do with them, but they still made sure we were happy asap. they offered shuttles to certain areas and if needed also a taxi service. I will highly recommend this for 5 stars for all military families. Getting to the airport was also the best experience leaving as well!! awesome experience guys, really!!

Shuttle to and from Airport and the MCRD! They will also take you to and from Olde Town :) Amazing, accommodating and knowledgeable staff!!! Rooms are updated and comfy!

Excellent!! Staff always friendy and helpful. All areas of the facility were spotless. Although I didnt eat breakfast during my stay I did peek in and noticed it clean, organized and well stocked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thats in the San Diego Old Town area. Also to those that are attending graduation at the MCRD. .

Due to delayed flight, we missed the shuttle by 2 mins. Then when we arrived at the hotel, we were told the elevator isn’t working. We had 4 large bags. Then when we got to the room it was a handicap queen room, we booked a king standard room. We were told it’s the last room.. very poor customer service..

Best Holiday Inn Express ever.

Great location. Very close to the airport, Mission beach, coffee and food. All of the staff were friendly. The entire hotel was kept clean. Coffee and the hotel shop available 24 hours. The breakfast was okay. I would definitely stay here again.

I only had a one night stay booked, I was only physically in my room for 12 hours. Front desk was kind and efficient, made everything very easy. Housekeeping staff came into my room three times before I checked out ( on time, at 11 am) I told them politely no thank you the first time, no big deal. Two more times they came into my room and asked me what time I was checking out. I understand they have a job to do, but as I was about to check out a little bit of privacy would have been appreciated.
