Room was perfect and much larger than expected. Our first night we had an awful experience with the on site restaurant Bayside where we were ignored, they added a surcharge without telling us, had to hunt down the waitress three times to ask for a check all while she was seen bussing tables or standing in the back as we were there for two hours, the supervisor refused to help the situation and instead made excuses like they were full (when they had only two other tables of people). We tried to escalate the situation but the manager ignored us, and refused to speak with us claiming to be busy. Incompetent in the restaurant but the hotel staff was amazing. Only complaint about the hotel is we requested housekeeping each day and they only came once after having to ask again.

The room was amazing with the view to the bay ideal and exactly as in the photos so we were very pleased. The train that runs all day and night was right next to the hotel but inside our room we never heard it so that was great and we slept well with the wonderful bedding and soft sheets. The disappointment was with the shower door liner missing when it was closed and shower on, the water leaks all under the door and into the bathroom floor. Its alot if water to clean up so we had no batH mat later and it was a waste of bath towels. Also the conditioner dispenser was empty. Also one of the light switches for the sitting area lighting was not properly working. It would turn on the light but when switched again it would not turn off after several attempts. We left it on and went to dinner then came back after a few hours and it finally switched off so we could sleep. Otherwise a very memorable and comfy stay indeed. Vwry happy overall.

The 4 o'clock check in time seems to be more of a suggestion rather than a firm commitment. When I went to check in to our two rooms at the advertised time of 4... they had not been confirmed as "ready". I took a couple minutes to confirm that one room was indeed ready for occupancy. All seven of us trooped up there (to the airconditioned comfort - unlike the lobby).. Around 5 o'clock or so a staff member brought up our other room key. From there on it was smooth sailing.

This property was a hidden gem! It’s walking distance to many spots and a short Uber ride to gas lamp. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back minus the heat wave. Their pool and AC saved our trip

The breakfast was wonderful, many options! The amenities were great. The pool was a little small, but our room was great. They had games in the patios downstairs and the location of the hotel is perfect. About a $10 Uber to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to Little Italy. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends.

We stayed 4 nights.very expensive hotel. They didn’t clean the room even we requested.after 3 reminders they cleared it 3rd night,location was ok .parking they didn’t mention its very expensive 55$/day.but across the street it’s available in 20$.breakfast was good.lots of options

Convenient location. The front desk staff when I arrived were unfriendly and not very helpful. My key didn't work when I got to my room and I had to go back through the maze of hallways, no one was at the desk, and finally someone returned to re scan my key. The night time staff were 1,000 better!

It’s close to Little Italy where there are a lot of restaurants. And waking distance to the USS Midway Museum and the Maritime museum. Good breakfast but there’s no pancakes.
