They did not give us a handicapped (ADA) room which we called and asked for specifically and they didn't provide us with one. The payment was non-refundable. My wife could not get her wheelchair in the bathroom and had to walk three painful steps to get to the toilet. The room had a stand up shower which she couldn't use. They charged $10 for parking. The TV was on the same side as the headboard and we had to push the bed to the other wall in order to watch it. We had to turn the TV off and when we turned it back on we had to quickly turn up our down the volume. After that when the volume didn't work at all. The place is very room down. We will not be staying there again!!!!
I’m not used to staying in motels in San Diego. If I do, I usually stay at a chain motel but because of prices I didn’t this time; big mistake. The room was a small no-frills room. No desk, no place to place suitcases. The toilet paper holder was broken. The worst part was that the shower knob was froze in place & couldn’t turn it. Thus, for 3 days no shower! I notified the front desk and they never had anyone fix it. Horrible!

The room was very small and the shower dial wasa not the one that belonged to it and i couldn't shut if off. The mirror is cracked, which was dangerous when you stick you hand out to the sink. the toilet was right next to the door super tight. It was very clean, updated and neat. just lacked chair .

Clean enough
This was a very last minute stay. It was late at night when we arrived so it took some effort to find someone to open up the lobby. The room was nothing special. Small but clean and good for one night. Bed frame was loud tho.
Asked for side by side rooms for the fact that we had a family of 6 staying. Beds were hard, bathrooms were poorly remodeled. Only plus side was they did allow us to check in a little early
