Definitely a great experience
The front desk workers were very friendly and welcoming when approaching for check-in. Quick and easy with communication. Room was extremely clean and really comforting. Overall experience was top tier and would definitely revisit when traveling back to San Diego.

The property was okay. Loved the esthetics in the lobby and rooftop bar. My room was just okay. I was truly looking for more of a boutique feel and really it was just a regular old hotel room. Nothing chic about it. Loved the staff though. Angel, Sergio and another young man (forget name) working rooftop bar.

Nice hotel just lacking in cleanliness
I was having a great stay. Food is excellent and staff is very professional. Everything was excellent until on my second night I found part of a condom wrapper in my bed so I decided to rip the sheets and found disgusting stains on the mattress cover it was 2:30 am and I had to check out by 6am. Did not get any sleep after that. Then as I was making coffee I found a half rotten orange under the coffee table. Cleaning staff need to do a better job. I took pictures and showed counter staff on my way out. That is all. Thanks.

Good location, a few blocks from Gas-Lamp district. No self-parking available, you will have to use the valet services if you intend to park at the property. Friendly and helpful staff, decent rooms. Nice roof-top restaurant, easy to walk to the tourist destinations.

The area where is located is great and close to many places to visit. The charge for daily valet parking is expensive but is a parking garage near the hotel.

Mostly satisfied with our stay. My few complaints: toilet paper in the suite was 1 ply, there was a mandatory amenity fee which seemed unnecessary, I texted the number given via QR code for help and no one responded, and lastly the tv lacks functionality you’d expect from a modern hotel. No netflix streaming etc. aside from these things the room was clean and comfortable and the area is walkable. Great view as well
