The location is great close to Sprouts ,tj Maxx, dollar tree ,cvs,ulta . But the rooms are terrible ,older, smelly, The beds and all the equipments are too Older. Everything needs an update. The staff is ok. The breakfast is good .

Great location for SeaWorld & Old Town San Diego!

Hotel is ok. check in and out was easy. The write ups from other people about breakfast was just wrong! Breakfast was not fantastic. The only hot items are waffles and 2 toasters. The only eggs they have are hard boiled. And the table area is so tiny. Literally people were standing waiting for a place to down and when you did sit down you're literally were chair to chair. We did not go in the pool because it was really dirty. The main thing the place has is a location. We were 5 minutes to both SeaWorld and Old Town. We had two rooms for two nights and one of the room was really moldy and the air conditioner didn't work. The front desk staff was friendly and was very easy to move to another room.

I arrived to the property and the first thing I noticed was the uncleanliness of the area. Trash in the parking lot and smelled like pee near the staircase. I checked into my room and the first thing I noticed was the smell of smoke in a non smoking room. That wasn’t a big deal until I went and seen the toilet was clogged up. Called the front desk and got switched to a new room and that room had the same smoke smell. None of the outlets could hold a phone charger they were so loose so could only charge one device at a time in the one outlet that was secure enough in the bathroom. Wake up for the breakfast in the morning and all they have is a waffle maker, some cereal, bagel and toast.

The hotel did not live up to its advertising or the photos shown online. Despite being labeled as smoke-free, the rooms had a noticeable smoke odor. The bed sheets were not clean, and the corridors had a strong urine smell—as if someone had been urinating under the stairs. The nighttime staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. I’m surprised this hotel is even listed on Expedia; it’s definitely not a place I would recommend for families.

Exposed wires in room. Pool was nasty dirty, not heated, and not indoor as advertised. Kitchen area was nonexistent. Contential breakfast was pathetic. Not happy at all.

The pictures are not up to date. The doors where so hard to open our handle looked like it was about to break off. The beds are not comfortable. The hotel is out dated in general.

I felt that the location is great. There are several walkable places close by. The area is quiet and I felt safe too. The only down side was the pool wasn't clean during my stay so it couldn't be used. The staff was helpful. I love that breakfast was included also.
