The service as far as the employees go was good and the rooms were spacious everything else regarding the stay was not great. The water in the bathtub ran constantly and was annoying. Reported it and was told maintenave qould check it after we checked out. The door to the room stuck when you tried to open it. Breakfast was bread for toast, bagel or waffle, strawberry banana or strawberry yougurt. Nothing a person who can't have bread and is allergic to strawberries can eat. Family does mot want to stay here again.

Did it's job well, but outlets need working on.
Beds were good, room was clean. Outlets were in very bad/hard to reach spots, and devices had loose connections. Shower did not seem to get hot, only cold/warm. Was also really short. Refrigerator was way too strong, froze almost everything we put in there. Overall was decent experience.

Property damages a lot. I got 2 rooms cannot open the doors, cabinets door is crazy too. They didn’t clean up the rooms. I felt not safe

Our stay was comfortable and the lady on duty I dealt with was very nice. Only problem was when a man, clearly on drugs or way too much alcohol, was hanging around our door. He ended up laying on the sidewalk moaning and yelling and even vomiting several times. I called the office and they were going to call security. Noone came. I called the office a second time. Still noone came. Finally a couple of men who were staying at the hotel said something to him. He finally walked away about half an hour later. To be honest, I felt less than safe having him right outside my door. I don't know if security wasn't called, or if they just never showed up. At least he didn't come back.

Permanent resident living on property blaring music and reviving engine from his blue truck all day long. Pubes found on sheets, thin bed sheets, rooms upstairs shake with every footstep on the same floor, entire room shakes every time someone slams or shuts their door. Do not stay here if you’re going to military graduation, pay the extra for better sleep.

The room we were given the a/c was completely broken and saw roaches crawling on the walls, furniture, and bed. They were going to give us someone else’s room and put them in ours or give us our money back so I just requested a refund. They only gave me a partial refund and I had to fight with the front desk person the next day for them to issue a complete refund. This place was disgusting definitely not worth the hundred and something they were trying to charge. There was hookers in the parking lot as well.

This is our fifth time staying here and it seems it's time to look elsewhere next time. I see the rating has fallen below 7 and the property shows. The only nice place was the office except their little store was empty. Breakfast was just ok. The room was wore out, the toilet seat broken, blood on the shower curtain, and the fridge wasn't working, and this was room number two. Way overpriced for what is offered. Shall pass on them next time.

The stay was very good if you’re not a breakfast person. They offered continental breakfast and is good. For the price we paid it was an excellent stay!

I reserved a room with 2 queeb beds a month in advance. When i arrived at 10pm they gave me a room with only one bed. After advising them of their mistake i was told there were no other rooms available, that I had no choice and should speak to the manager in the morning. The attendant also told me that i would have to prove to the manager that i booked 2 queen beds (this was not hard to do since it was in my booking confirmation), but the insinuation that i was being untruthful was offputing. This was the classic overbooking scam. And since i arrived later in the evening my group was the group to pay the price. No compensation for their error either. Also, air conditioner did not work. Hard to sleep in a hot room.

Kinda old and gross, beds fine. Mold & Mildew.
It needs renovated. Plug ins wouldn’t hold plugs in. Thresholds broken or missing. Cupboards were falling apart and missing pieces. Caulking in bathroom was moldy. And bath tubdrain pipe released moldy gunk when filling for bath. Ac filter was stinky. Parking was ok, location was sketchy. Pool was underneath a two store shady restaurant with dilapidated sign that didn’t look safe to swim under. Bed and pillows were fine and comfortable.
