The hotel is getting old and it’s starting to show it. Our sliding glass door windows or filthy inside. The seal was broken so you can’t clean the window. It needs to be replaced. It was really bad. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Truly looks like you’re in the jungle.

I loved the room, it was very clean and organized. They provided a lot of things for you like towels, coffee, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, etc. They had hot tubs and pool, was very nice for us to enjoy. I was able to enjoy my stay and had a very nice experience.

The staff was courteous. Nice location. Quiet midweek stay for a work conference held down the road at Kona Kai, and it was nice to return to Humphreys at the end of the day. Pool and hot tub were especially great.

The entire property is lovely and meticulously cared for. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the two mattresses in our room need to be replaced. The pool/hot tub area is wonderful. I wish I'd had more time to enjoy it. We didn't get to assess the restaurant, so I have nothing to report there. I look forward to booking Humphreys in the future

Lovely grounds, room was comfortable, bathroom tub a little dated. Super friendly staff and was such a nice place to stay at the end of the day. I thought I paid extra for a bay view but we didn’t get one, I did opt for a ground floor room so we did have a nice patio and garden view. I would stay there again.
