Stayed in Bay II. For the amount I paid, I would’ve at the very least appreciated complimentary room water or a working phone. Room didn’t have curtains and the amount of light coming in through the blinds at night made it impossible to get a good nights rest. Will not be back.

The nicest service, but noisiest stay ever.

We were upgraded to a waterfront suite when I mentioned that my wonderful daughter with a high level of needs and autism could be enthusiastic and maybe a little loud for neighbors. I think they send a lot of the family over to the waterfront suites? This was a nice upgrade because it had a balcony view of the marina and I didn't mind that my daughter could be loud. Speaking of loud, it was not my daughter that was so loud. It was the sound of the traffic outside the door all night long. We could hear sirens and traffic and there was a wedding going on when we stayed there so we also got to hear the noise of the celebration. Thankfully I always pack ear plugs! They were kind enough to provide extra pillows. When I asked about room service they said they do not have it. This made me sad because mobility is limited with my daughter and we had to walk quite a distance to the lobby, most people would only find it to be about a 2-minute walk, but it took a while for us. When I ordered Uber Eats I was trying to get it delivered to the door and they delivered to the lobby. I called the lobby and explained that they do not offer room service and it would take us a while to get there and if they would hold on to it. And by the time I got my daughter's shoes on, there was a knock at my door delivering the food we ordered. That was really nice service and totally made our morning before SeaWorld that much better. The service at this hotel is wonderful. They are accommodating.

Expedia labeled our "2 bed" room that has a sofa bed. I would rather sleep on the floor. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The sofa metal rod sticks out in the middle of the "bed".Half hour body is sunk in. At $400 it is def not worth it. Look elsewhere. For them to label this as a 2 bed is a robbery.

2 queen suite was great option for our family. Lots of space. Pool area is fun for young kids but all pools are shallow so not a lot of options for bigger kids. Hotel’s restaurant Red Marlin isn’t great for price. Fibally, the hotel’s Location is between everything but not close to any dining options off property. You have to drive to everything.

People/staff were fantastic. They made our stay great. Room could use an update and strong wind one night (upper floor room) whistled through the balcony door and kept us up. Didn't spend much time on the resort to make the "resort fees" feel worth it. Pool was great and our kids swam for hours the first day.

It is a very nice room, location is ok. At night you hear everything from the rd, the cars zipping by, people in and out. There was a fight in the parking lot next to us.
