Counter service, the Ladies was very helpful and nice, best part of staying there. they made it easy for me,, The Food at waffle place, food over price and okay, only filled my coffee only once, chicken fried steak was over cooked. rooms, seem clean, bed is very hard thou, over all okay room,, i stayed there for 3 nights

We arrived late last evening, exhausted, dirty from clearing out our mothers garage and was told that not only was the one Bank credit card unaccepted but the other Bank credit card was also not accepted and they don't accept cash! 11:30 at night! No where does it indicate that they DO NOT ACCEPT certain U.S. fed. Banks. Unable to get another room for the night we slept in our car. Sunday night! NO refund as yet! NO response from either party. No referral to a different hotel..

The value for this stay was wonderful. It is also great to have restaurants on site and even a few more down the street that you can walk to. Aside from a couple of maintenance issues that did not interfere with our stay at all, and personal preferences, this is a place, I can recommend, especially for families.

Asked for a refund and it was denied. The reason I couldn't get to this hotel was do to the Line Fire. This is a natural disaster. I had to pack my home up and pray it doesn't burn. Shows this hotel is about making money at all cost. No mercy, no raincheck. I will NEVER stay there again!! Just know this hotel will charge you even when a fire prevents you from coming there!! Shameful and disgusting!!

I would stay again but it there was some things I did not like. I was happy to have a first floor room because I was traveling with my elderly mother. Parking however, was hit or miss. There was not enough parking available near the room. One night, I had to pack clear across the property which for me was not a problem until I realized I left my hotel key in the card. Also, there was nothing done about a noise complaint (our upstairs neighbors were stompers). Finally, the bathroom was small. But other than that it was a great place in Mission Valley. I felt safe but there were defintely homeless around .
