$35 a night for parking , was not something I had planned on- but that said, the parking garage was safe and easily accessible. The rooms are pretty small, unless you get the room with 2 queens, which is a good size, but 50 more per night. The area has tons of dining and nightlife options, all walkable from the hotel. The place is in pretty good shape, a little run down, but not bad. Staff are all excellent and accommodating. They have a farmer's market twice a week right in from of the entrance, but access to parking garage not affected. Overall we liked it and would stay there again.

The rooms are small but the rate we paid was worth it. It is centrally located in Little Italy, which is what we were wanting and walkable to major sights.

Very tiny room. Hot water for beverages located far away. Not very hospitable but maybe that’s Cali? Unhomed and dirty sleeper by the front door. Meh!

The only downfall is the parking issue but that's all of Little Italy anyways. Wish housekeeping was daily though. Staff is awesome, friendly, and helpful though.

This is a quaint, boutique hotel. Rooms are on the small size but it was everything we needed. We used the hotel mostly just as a landing space- the bed was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet, with a beautiful city/ ocean view. We were out and about most of our stay and that’s why this hotel was just what we needed. They have a lovely court yard and cafe attached. I could not possibly beat the location- we absolutely loved staying in the heart of little Italy, blocks from the ocean, and surrounded by incredible restaurant fare. We didn’t use a rental car the first few days because there’s so much to do that’s walkable in this area. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. I’d recommend getting a smaller car if you are using the facility’s garage, but we did just fine in a small SUV.

A gem in Little Italy. Right in the heart. Plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. One walkable mile from Santa Fe Depot train station. Superb farmers market on Wed and Sat right outside the door. Staff was awesome. This was my 2nd stay.

Quaint hotel, with SF/NYC/European sized rooms. Nice shower, never had issues with hot water. Italian cafe and Mr. Moto pizza and Italian food literally next door. So many great food options within 1-2 blocks. Friendly staff allowed us to check in 2hrs early. Would stay again.
