Paid for breakfast and didn’t get it, small and smelly nothing like the pictures no coffee staff never came to clean our room or give extra towels when I asked for it. I asked to take the trash even after I gathered it all for them they just threw trash bags on our bed we had to buy our own toilet paper. Ac didn’t work this place is terrible I have a two year old and I’ll never go back even if free I wouldn’t tell anyone to stay here either . People were sleeping in the parking structure

This hotel claims to be 100% smoke-free, but the room had a strong, unpleasant smell. It’s definitely not suitable for families. I had to stay for two nights, and the bed wasn’t clean at all. The toilet flush was also broken. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I am leaving this review to warn others. The property is just surviving until it transfers ownership next year. There is no more pride in maintaining it since it will be taken over by another hotel chain and overhauled. The front desk staff were great to work with, but the cleaning staff are not keeping up the property whatsoever. We ran into multiple individuals that appeared unhoused. One guy had six cats in the elevator. Since people appear to be living there, they treat it like apartments, and there was loud bass booming late every night from music in another room. Our room was not vacuumed, the counters were not cleaned, the bed spread had giant dark stains, the couch had large stains, everything in the room looked grimy. There is no more breakfast either. Worst yet, it appears that we may have picked up fleas from our room. So all of our luggage is now in the shed and we are taking hours and hours cleaning and sanitizing every piece. Look elsewhere for a hotel or risk the consequences.

The worst hotel experience I ever had

I checked in early at 250p. My room was on the 2nd floor took the elevator. 2nd floor button was broken elevator smelled of marijuana and graffiti on the inside and outside. Big non smoking sign downstairs. So I go into the room it looks ok at first sight. Like I always do I check the bedding I was honestly shocked to find old blood steins on the bedding, and the mattress. I looked On the other bed in the room old large oil steins on the box spring linen of the bed. I looked in the window there was a black spider a baby roach crawling. I changed my clothes because I was coming from work and meeting a friend for dinner. I went to the front desk told the attendant what the condition of the room was like. He wrote down an email address and told me to send any pictures I had of the room there and that was it. There was another couple waiting to be checked in with a dog so he began checking them in. I went to the gas station up the street after I collected my thoughts I was so disgusted by the room, the condition of the property and the lack of service. I called the main number of Hotels.com and voiced my concerns. I’m currently waiting for a reply for a refund or some type of compensation for my horrible experience at this hotel. I literally was in that room all of 20 minutes.

Not for me!!

Property is run down. Very old,Smells of mold upon walking in. Only good thing about the property is the property manager was super friendly and understanding.
