Quirky cute and cool hotel. Nice remodel. Vibe is great. Ideal for full relax by the pool. The food by the pool was okay (great Caesar, terrible onion rings, okay fries, not so good avocado toast) great cocktails. Customer service could be improved, zero smiles. Service could be faster for drinks by the pool Must improve pillows they are terrible, very very soft as if they are missing filling. Not daily housekeeping, and only by request is a downer, makes it feel like a not quality enough hotel.

You’ll need to fight for a chair by the pool
Beautiful and eclectic hotel. The pool is the crown jewel, but unfortunately there’s a first come first serve (including outside guest passes for the pool area). I left my chair for a brief call and came back to a squatter who refused to leave. The pool staff couldn’t be bothered to help.

Great hotel, beautiful interiors, and amazing pool area. Rooms are uniquely appointed, and staff are very helpful and friendly. This is a very unique space, I really enjoyed the diner, the game room, and Quijote for dinner. Great indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy an adult beverage or just hang out. Definitely geared towards a younger crowd. My one concern was there were no dressers or shelves to unpack, and no luggage racks in the room. What to do? But each room has a fully stock (overflowing) bar set up. The location can be a bit of a challenge, as you are car dependent. Although I did venture out on foot one evening to the Russian restaurant across the street. Easy to get a rideshare to and from the hotel.

I had the most amazing time at Lafayette hotel! I was celebrating my birthday and everyone was so wonderful. All the bartenders and servers were great. The front desk people were awesome also. It was so wonderful that it’s a whole stand alone little vacation spots. The rooms were TO DIE FOR. The decor and cleanliness were top tier.

Loved the decor. We did think you could help people at the front desk to know where to check in as it was not obvious. Also, I always have an issue when there is not coffee in the rooms, complimentary. The room was also not clean. Found that bothersome.

A beautiful, maximalist hotel with lots of personalized touches, friendly staff, and fun bar/sitting areas. We appreciated the vegan pastries. The diner could have used some vegan options. Only minus was that they did not offer daily housekeeping.

Check-in was slow because they only had one person at the desk. Bartender was rude when we went for evening drinks. Early morning construction right outside our door behind the hotel. Hotel was very beautiful and unique.

Hotel was great! Double Queen room was really small for the expensive price! I guess you’re paying for location and easy access to bars, pool (was not heated), and nightlife. Worth it for a night to enjoy the vibes.

Every area of the Lafayette is so picturesque from the moment you step foot inside and out. The lobby, the lobby bar, the restaurants, the pool area, the bowling center, the room itself. I will definitely be returning.
