This was such a vibe! The property was perfect. We actually never even left the hotel because we can for a very quick weekend with thoughts of the beach, but truly the property was so incredible between the drinks and the pool we just couldn’t leave. 10/10!

I loved this hotel inside and out . I am however saddened that it’s $38 per night for valet… I understand that for visitors but for someone who is staying in the hotel!? Now there is residential and metered parking all around but im spending the money at this beautiful place parking being included would be great! There also isn’t much drawer space. I had 3 small drawers in our room and the closet so most clothes stayed in my bag. Bathroom is beautiful has a lot of sink space, double sink. lighting in each area of the room is beautiful so if you’re trying to take pictures it’ll be great; but to be entirely honest… I could’ve purchased a regular room or balcony room rather than my penthouse… my one big plus in MY room is the beautiful windows we had going across our bed side wall. The sun came in beautifully during the day and you see the city lights and occasionally moon so gorgeous. Each person I encountered either valet check in/out at Quixote and at beginners was very nice and the music and ambiance was amazing. I would come back and visit with better planning of parking and hotel room. :)

Such a luxurious and fun place! Every little detail is perfect, from the décor to the service. The hotel is so beautiful, that you just want to hang out at the café by the pool all day. The staff are professional, but fun. A lovely, quirky hotel.

Great renovation one thing I would change is the gate at the end of the pool. The gate slamming very loudly as people walk in and out myself and my family who where in different rooms but, by the pool didn’t get much sleep due to that gate slamming constantly.

Our stay in Lafayette, San Diego
The hotel looks amazing. We hadn’t appreciated the music would be so loud all day and by the hotel rooms but realise that comes with the territory. As paying residents it didn’t feel like there was any differentiation to general visitors eg beds by the pool or access to service at the bar. Amazing in room mini bar but no maid service. Loved the games room but get in there early otherwise you won’t get to play anything. Sunday definitely seems a quieter day. Restaurant was nice but super noisy. We had fun - good for a one time visit. We were there Friday and Saturday and suspect it will be quieter mid week.
