The real Pink Pony Club
Such a dreamy spot. Boogie pool area, delicious drinks, and the food was not what you’d imagine from a “diner” menu, spectacular *chefs kiss*. If you wanna stay somewhere with Pink Pony Club vibes, this is your spot.

Extremely noisy, they even give you noise cancelations in your own room to block the noise coming from the lobby and the people hanging out outside hotel 24/7. nice place but I want to be able to sleep and don't be waken up so early because of the noise.

Ok, so, here's the scoop. Overall? 10/10 stars! ⭐️ The vibes, the friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere, the bedsheets, the decor, the badass lamps in our room and all the little kitschy things are so cool and impressive! And also incredibly refreshing after staying at so many generic hotels where everything is just cheap and basic cookie cutter.... Your place added a touch of class and personality to practically everything! From the floor to the ceiling, everything in our room was unique! We loved it! I honestly especially really enjoyed the text Concierge service and not having an actual landline phone in the room, and you guys were always super responsive and helpful!

the only disadvantage is that they have a text concierge service- not as personable. I asked for late check out because my flight was in the eve- and they didn’t grant it. I’ve never really been denied a late check out- so that wasn’t very friendly- regardless of the reason why. they had a wedding checking in, but that shouldn’t take away from other paying customers.

We loved our room - the staff were great. The pool was not fun - the arguing over who saves what chairs and no room for guests staying in the hotel due to so many outside visitors was disappointing. The mexican restaurant was terrible - the diner was excellent! Also we had purchased tickets in advance for the music downstairs but did not like being told we had to go outside of the hotel and stand in line to get in so we skipped it. Maybe reserve 1-2 lounge chairs per room to avoid the madness?

This is more for adults. The hotel is unique looking, which was nice. But the pool chairs were always taken by the people who had pool side view rooms and was very disappointing. We could never find a seat until it’s was late in the day. On the weekends the lobby was full of people drinking at the bar locations. There air didn't stay cold for long. The staff however was friendly and helpful.

Stay was not so good! Horrible customer service , no ice no clean towels you have to text a number for questions or find out where to get ice apparently there is no ice machine you must go to lobby where it is crowded to ask for ice, bar area that charges to use everything on it which was expected but it takes up a lot of space in rooms, no mirrors to get ready, lighting is horrible, front desk asked us as guests to move a heavy mirror that was blocked by the bar, very loud area and unable to sleep due to multiple fire alarms and screaming through the night , when asking front desk questions regarding multiple charges to two of my credit cards one without my authorization they were rude, asked about speaking to a manager multiple times and no manager has yet to contact me, I have stayed at numerous upscale hotels and this by far is one of the worst ones, I came for my birthday 4hours away and the stay was horrible from beginning to end. I do not recommend and will not recommend it to anyone in the near future .
