Hotel was busy with sm business meetings and events. Attendees were given a priority over regular guests in all the dining areas and room choices. I personally wouldn’t book again. $3700 for 4nights in a XS room with XS bathroom on a low floor over the kitchen and parking … that’s not right…

For a 4 star hotel, amenities was incomplete, there was no exhaust in the bathroom, if there was, it wasn’t working. No basic toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and bottled water in the room. Mirror in the bathroom door had a line mark that looked like a dried crayon or something. I had my own room but stayed in my friend’s room. Bed was not that comfortable

Everything was pretty good, however the Valet is a mess! Guys are rarely outside, so there are usually 5 to 6 cars abandoned in the front and in the way. I would go watch how the Hyatt does it, never an issue there. Other items, your irons are cheap. First one leaked, called the desk, they rushed another one up, leaked as well. Sink also leaked. Please improve this considering the very high prices you charge!!

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Upon check-in, the WiFi and television in my room in the North Tower were not working. I requested to be moved to a different room, but instead, I was directed to speak with the IT representative. Unfortunately, IT never answered the call. While the WiFi issue resolved itself within an hour, the television remained broken for the next two days. As a Gold Elite member, I expected better service, especially given that the hotel has nearly 2,000 rooms. I doubt they were fully occupied, so I'm unclear about what status is needed to have a simple room change request honored. I did negotiate a $50 credit to my bill. Additionally, on my second day, there was a power outage, which caused most systems to go down, including the elevators. Thankfully, I was only on the 4th floor. The power remained out after dark, and although the hotel provided flashlights, the batteries were dead. Eventually, power was restored, but the situation was potentially dangerous.

I was charged 3 days parking during my stay when I flew in and took an Uber to the hotel! Not sure how that happened… never heard back from the hotel when called
