Photos are different from actual but remodeling
It looks the remodeling is underway. The room we got was fair condition, could be cleaned but we didn’t feel so. The TV channels didn’t work and my husband talked to the front desk. We are supposed to some discount for that via Hotels.com per the receptionist. I am going to try.

Even though people complain about this hotel, I had a pretty good experience. It’s close to mission bay and about 10-15 min drive to downtown San Diego. The room was not smelly, breakfast and plenty of parking is also available. Definitely a good deal, I’d stay there again

If you use Uber or Lyft to get around, its okay, for pickup, l used the breezeway in front of the lobby for my spot for my Uber. To walk anywhere is not so great. Very long walk to get to any place to eat. There are no places that are close by to walk to. The staff and property was nice. Just need a car to get around.
