Won't stay there again.

Carpet in hallway was filthy. Not enough towels. We asked for more and they only gave us 1more towel. We had only 1 washcloth between us. Bed was really uncomfortable. Gardeners work us up at 9am.

The crack-head in the room next door making verbal and physical noise, including banging the wall- beginning at 3:00AM, until I left at 6:00AM. I called the front desk twice and complained.

1. Though they claim there is free wifi, my room was not covered at all. I probably got the wifi signal for no more than 5 minutes over 3-day period. 2. They claim the check-in time at 3pm. When I got there by 2:36pm, I was told I need to wait for another 30 minutes though the room is available. 3. There is NO basic cleaning everyday. Is it standard for Motel 6?

Floor was dirty and had hair on the bathroom floor and underneath sink. Sheets had burn holes in the them assuming from someone smoking in the room. The room next door was loud all night and had someone screaming until 3am. Called the front to desk to complain but the screaming didn’t stop. Only good part was that it was close to the airport and had parking (but you have to pay $10/night to park there).

Property was dirty, surrounded by homeless people, and expensive. The rooms have no safe, the bedding was dirty and the carpets were stained. The property smells like cigarettes and animals.

Mattress coils were terrible, we felt we had acupuncture but all the wrong points our body, towels were dirty and bathroom pipes were too loud, this was a zero star experience
