Quite the average Motel, no complaints for the price range. Just needed a reasonably clean and quiet room to stay overnight. The staff was courteous and quick. Although found a singular roach in the room on the last day about one hour before check-out.

Beware of this hotel

Be careful, the hotel is in very bad condition, there are leaks inside the room and it floods, it is dirty and in bad condition, there are homeless people outside and the service is terrible.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful and the location is central but everything else is really downhill from there. It’s cheap but you get what you pay for. The pictures are not accurate for this location. The property is dark with poor lighting. The room was ok but I was not comfortable that it was actually clean. The outside of the property was dirty. There was not proper lighting inside the hotel room. It was just not good overall. I do not recommend unless price is the only priority.

So some of the staff here are pleasant to interact with and take a customer centric approach to their jobs, unfortunately some do not. And it’s like the saying goes, a team is only as go as its weakest link…

Due to the fact of a holiday weekend it was the only choice of availability. The first room they gave us was dirty and had mold all over the bottom course of tile in the bathroom shower area. The staff did honor my request to change to another room. This was clean and we stayed there. The vending machine was acting up after putting in cash for a snack, the machine turned but jammed and the snack did not drop down. The staff was impressed that I made a video to show the money was lost, and reimbursed and suggested I try it again. I did the same thing happened the second time but at least I got a snack. Other than that it was a place to sleep one night. the staff made up for the shortfalls. However my wife was not as happy of a camper and I need to do better next time. As I always say any port in a storm...

The rooms were average. OurT.V. didn't really work that well.The water pressure in the bathroom sink was ridiculousy LOW, but the shower was Hot and Good flow, so go figure. The best thing was the STAFF, They would really go out of their way to make sure you were alright. They were great. As for the area, Shops,Food etc, They had EVERY Major store you can think of, All in all for the Price of the room, You can't beat it. I'd say, we had an EXCELLENT stay.

Horrific Stay

In addition, both nights people (strangers) were knocking on our door. The entrance door to the building was unlocked-taped with duct tape and homeless/transients were coming and going. People would show up at dusk and disappear either into the garage or somewhere and leave just before daylight. They would also be smoking right outside the entrance door. Not only am I allergic to cigarette smoke, my husband has COPD. There were several people on bicycles with garbage bags with their belongings hanging outside by the entrance. It did not matter what time of day or night we were coming or going this is what I would experience. A big concern for us also is why a Wheelchair Accessable room is on a floor that requires an elevator? If there was a fire or other emergency where the elevator could no be used as an exit route we could not have been able to use the stairs to get out of the building. My husband is in a wheelchair. The entire stay was a disaster. Neither I nor my husband felt safe. In fact, the second night when someone was knocking on our door and they woke me up, I could not go back to sleep - I felt that scared.

This hotel was adequate for my needs and priced right for my budget. The staff responded to my disability needs and gave me a suitable room. Overall, the location was good. I had a restful stay. The greatest need at this location is general maintenance.
