The property is what I had expected for a local lower rate hotel in the area of Mission Valley, CA. My only complaint is regarding the barking dogs from time to time.

The place is a dump, place smells rooms are dirty key access to building does not work anyone can walk in. while we were there lady screaming like she was being beat up lots like drug use people looked dirty and homeless just a over all dirty and nasty place. we were able to locate another hotel and got out of there. very unsafe place DO NOT GO THERE

Our room was great but the hallway and elevator were disgusting. It smelled very strongly like dog pee. The carpet was icky and I wanted to leave the second I stepped onto the elevator. However our room did not smell and was actually very nice.

Check in was great but after that the hotel was dirty the carpet in the hallway was covered in stains, room was some what clean.. Bathtub had sand in the bottom of it. The elevator had a hole at the entrance of the door.. So many people walking around at night screaming in the hallway and dogs barking.. The sketchy people walking around the parking lot during the day and people working on their cars in the parking lot and the trash blowing around..We spent four days and asked for our rooms to be cleaned every 2 days and our room wasn’t clean at all had to go down to the main office to get clean towels.. I usually stay they every year and this time I will not be back to this hotel again..

I was in town for the marathon and I wanted to do late check out so I could shower after the race. I asked for this at check in, was told I could, and confirmed that they would not charge a fee for it. I got back from the race and was locked out of my room. Went to the desk to deal with the issue and they let me back in. While I was in the shower, the cleaning lady walked in because she hadn’t been told the room was still occupied. I left and was later charged $30 for that late check out. Tried to reach out for a refund and got NO RESPONSE. You’re better off in a tent. Avoid this place completely.
