The room was very clean, property was quiet and had a great beach view. The front desk employee was very helpful, courteous, and explained where you can find food and attractions as we explained it was our first time there. He also explained the food truck for breakfast which was also a plus. We'd definitely come back.

Dog park and Beach right behind was great! Bed, TV and shower were good. Not enough towers and wash cloths for 2 people, needed another blanket in the evening and Lobby worker gave us one bundle up and had a 6” diameter hole in it No good dining at hotel or even a coffee pot in the lobby! Pool was empty.

Terrible place. I don’t know how this place gets good reviews. Dated, rusty, thin ceilings, poor showers that run out of water, run out of parking spaces and charge for it. Let customers of the coffee shop park in spaces. The towels are pathetic and can’t even dry entire body for one person and old and cheap. Beds greats feeling, sofa sleeper was a futon. Broken door lock. Sliding screen doesn’t slide, beds hard and uncomfortable. Dingy motel 8 vibe. Not cute boutique vibe Close to beach, that’s it. Pool wasn’t open, but I knew that prior. Should be less than $100 a night and free parking

Great room reasonably priced. Excellent location within walking distance of many eating and drinking establishments, and close to the beach. Nice casual local local vibe. Enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. I recommend this hotel for other travelers who are visiting the area on vacation.

My stay was comfortable and I like the fact there was a little outside restaurant right next to the hotel driveway. The room was not the most updated but moderately clean. The table and chairs on the deck was badly rusted but fortunately there was a bench to sit on to enjoy the view.

Ocean view was very nice. They had the best breakfast diner, Benedict’s, on property. They are pet friendly and located next to a dog beach - lots of dogs! It was an older property and could use some updating but we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

So Ocean Villa is located right in Dog Beach, you literally walk around the corner and you're on the beach. Can't get cooler than that if you're bringing your little friend to the beach. Note, this is a very, very old facility but they keep it up pretty well. Bathroom and shower is always clean. We've stayed here many times and will be back. Dog run right behind the complex, open your back sliding door and let your friend out. Leave it open and most likely you'll be visited by neighbor dogs, it's really cool. Dillon is really helpful, as is the entire staff.

The room I had was infested with bed bugs. Additionally, there was no sound insulation, so I got very little sleep due to the guests in the room above me stomping around late into the night and then again early in the morning.

I love this place. Lots of bad reviews but it was literally $100 for a two minute walk to the ocean, a bed, and a hot shower. Yes, it's old and run down but who cares- YOU'RE PAYING 100 DOLLARS. I can't even fill my vehicle with gas for that price. I will stay here again for sure. Thanks!
